Cancellations

If for any reason you may need to cancel your reservation, please contact the salon.  There will be a 50% fee of your total service for any last minute cancellations (48 hours). For any no show appointments or cancellations 24 hours or less there will be a 100% fee for the total booked services.  Please make sure to cancel your appointment well in advance to make sure you are not charged any extra fees. 

Guests who are 15 minutes late for their appointment are subject to a late fee, rescheduling of service, and may be charged a portion of the service fee. This is up to the discretion of the service provider.
